LUCCA, PISA & FLORENCE ON YOUR DOORSTEP

Some of Italy's most beautiful historic treasures can be found less than 30 minutes from our Italian Cookery School, including the delightful walled town of Lucca, and the stunning white marble faces of Pisa's famed attractions. Florence is also only an hour away.

Lucca is a beautiful little Tuscan town surrounded by 16th century walls and home to some of Italy’s finest Medieval and Renaissance architecture. You’ll quickly be charmed by this lovely town that offers superb food shops, boutiques, restaurants, churches, towers and gardens.

Pisa – just 20 minutes from the cookery school – is famous worldwide for its iconic leaning tower which sits alongside the equally awe-inspiring cathedral. Both these impressive monuments are made from local white marble. Pisa is not only crammed full of wonderful historic monuments, but also offers excellent shopping and dining.

Florence's museums, palaces, and churches  - which house some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world – are just an hour’s travel from the cookery school. Florence is easily accessed by train or car from Toscana Saporita.
