Our guests stay in our authentic 16th Century villa in stunning rooms that are inviting and comfortable. Rooms retain much of their original charm, and many include antique furnishings and paintings.
Non-cooking guests
We welcome friends and spouses of those on cookery courses who would like to come to our idyllic Estate in Tuscany without taking part in the cooking program.

If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the cookery course dates, we will make every effort to accommodate you for your stay. You might want to bolt on specific cookery lessons at the school, or simply use the estate as a base for a little further exploration and sightseeing around Lucca, Pisa, or even Florence.
